Italy Venice Photographer for Wedding Elopement Proposal
Miranda & Mark
Italy / Venice / Venetian Gondola / Piazza San Marco / Ponte dell’ Academia
Mark came across my work when planning a European trip and we started to talk about doing a secret proposal in Venice, Italy. Of course I was up for it and we started planning everything.
It was a lot of work, but together with the hotel Hotel Palazzo Giovanelli we made it happen. Big thanks to Francesco Landra at the hotel, who was very helpful in arranging the honeymoon suite and arranging the gondola. A lot of logistics go into something like this and it’s no piece of cake.
I even organised a banner to be hanged over the bridge at Ponte dell’ Academia that you can see in the images bellow and also a lovely bouquet from a nearby flower shop with Miranda’s favourite flowers.
Mark, from Chicago USA, and Miranda, from Florida USA, met at a Leadership Development Training program in Peachtree City Georgia, USA. They were selected for the program among the top sales reps by their previous employer – ADP. They kept in contact after the training. Nine months later, Miranda interviewed for a Sales Manager role in Chicago; an interview Mark tipped her off to. She got the role, moved to Chicago and the rest is history! They are now officially engaged.
Mark chose me as the right photographer for the job to capture this secret proposal in Venice, Italy. The images turned out great, even tho there was a couple of difficulties.
If you’re also planning on proposing, I’m available for booking in Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria and other European countries. Just make sure to send an inquiry a couple of months beforehand to check for an availability.
